Book appointments online using Cortico
At present, online bookings are available for routine visits only. Please call our office to book longer appointments (e.g. complete physical exams, well-baby checks, ICBC & WorkSafeBC visits, and counselling for mental health concerns).
While longer appointment are routinely scheduled for some conditions (e.g. complete physical examinations), the Medical Services Plan of BC only pays family physicians for a 10-minute patient visit for routine care. After office expenses, most visits generate about $20 of gross income for your doctor; Longer visits for routine care aren't paid more. More than 1 appointment may be necessary to discuss all health concerns in a comprehensive way. Let's not rush looking after your good health!

Our phones lines can be pretty busy during peak times (especially first thing on a weekday morning) but we try to have our phone reception staff answer all incoming calls within 3 minutes whenever possible.
At this time, longer visits for WorkSafe BC, ICBC, well-baby check-ups (with shots) and complete physical exams must be booked by phone.
